A Backward Glance at Chance

-Doing a sneaky "shift & scoot" move while everyone thinks I'm just sitting in one spot.: 9 months

-Favorites at 8 months: sitting up, playing with toys, my family, smiling, laughing, watching Garrett pick up my toys after I push them down-over and over again, turning around in circles on my tummy, sleeping, food, attention!

-Yummy blueberries and so-so green beans: 8 months

-Pushing up onto my knees (I can't quite get my belly off the floor though): 8 months

-Successfully sucking water from a sippy cup: 8 months

-Eating (or just making a mess with) crackers: 8 months

-Here comes tooth #2 (both bottom middle): 8 months

-Using my crib bumper pads as pillows: 7 1/2 months

-Cutting my first tooth: 7 1/2 months

-Favorites at 7 months: toys, exersaucer and jumperoo, FOOD, Garrett & Daddy

-Yummy bananas and squash & so-so carrots: 7 months

-Rolling on my tummy in my crib--and getting stuck! (This usually makes me mad!): 7 months

-Sitting up by myself: 6-7 months

-Favorites at 6 months: Meeting most of my Aunts, Uncles & cousins for the first time--great grandma too, plane rides, my crib, baby swings, facing forward in the Bjorn, sucking on my fingers, thumbs & hands, attention and lots of it!

-First plane ride (for Aunt Barbara's and Uncle Mike's wedding): 6 months

-Yummy sweet potatoes and pears & yucky oatmeal: 6 months

-Favorites at 5 months: Garrett, being with my family, being warm and cozy, grabbing my feet, toys I can grab, eating, waking up in the morning

-Rolling Back to Tummy (mostly--it's hard when you've got such a fat tummy): 5 months

-Yummy Rice Cereal: 5 months

-Favorites at 4 months: Christmas lights, feeeding time, "talking" to my family, sleeping

-Started Sleeping in my Crib (Finally! The baby papasan chair was just so comfy!) : 4 months

-Gooing and "talking": 3 months

-"Blowing Bubbles" & Spitting: (Garrett has fun trying to get away with imitating this. Not nearly as cute when he tries it.) : 3 months

-Favorites at 3 months: Mommy, swing, mobile, bottle, my thumbs, baby Bjorn

-First trip to Disney World: 9 weeks!

-Favorites at 2 months: Swing, Daddy, baby papasan chair, people who smile at me, my thumbs, Grandma & Grandpa

-Roll Over-Tummy to Back: 7 weeks (Grandma BooBoo was the first to see this--nobody believed her)

-First Laughs: 5 weeks

-First Real Smiles: 3 1/2 weeks

-Started Sucking my Thumb (Wahoo!): 3 weeks
