My friend Rebecca owns an event planning business and therefore gets asked for advice and sometimes gets volunteered to help with various events--like wedding receptions for people at church. This time I got to help her. (I should mention that I was the one who did the volunteering--for both us. Our friend Kelly joined in the volunteering too!) It was such a fun experience! A lot of work, but so fun! (Obviously, I didn't realize how badly I needed a creative outlet.) Of course some of the fun was the 3 of us working together, but also to see the final product turn out and have the family be so happy with it.
